About Me

I am Felicia Clark.

I'm an award-winning author, a writer of all genres, and a published poet from the heart of the Midwest.

My debut book AWAKE: Poetry for the Healing (2025) won second place for the BookFest Award in the Poetry Inspiration category and first place for the Booksshelf Book Cover Award.

My poetry has appeared in literary journals, such as The Mid-Atlantic Review and As It Ought To Be Magazine, as well as in the Wisconsin Fellowship of Poets 2026 Calendar. My poem "Chrome Cheers" was nominated for the 2026 Best of the Net Anthology.

With a bachelor of arts in creative writing and journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, I landed in a marketing career to pay the bills, but my love for the written word led me down a path to pursue my dream of becoming an author. I am also the owner of Measure Life In Bookmarks LLC, a small publishing company.

I live as a nomad traveling around the United States in a Class A motorhome with my partner and fur babies.
